SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
Firearms/Receivers Shipping:
All purchases of firearms and receivers (serialized parts) must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). It is the customer's responsibility to make this arrangement with their local FFL. FFLs should send a copy of their license to the following email:
Customer's are responsible for ensuring that the products purchased do not violate any applicable laws or ordinances in their area. If you are placing a custom order, please let us know any restrictions that may apply to your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
If your order becomes lost during shipping we will be unable to assist unless your order required USPS Priority Mail Service which most times offer some USPS insurance.
If your order tracking shows 'DELIVERED' we are not liable for missing, mis-delivered or theft of package from your property or the area your order was delivered to. It is your responsibility to properly assess your delivery location and provide a secure delivery address for all orders to be shipped to. Please contact your local USPS and request assistance and Geotracking to verify your order was delivered to your address and in a secured location. USPS may be liable for missing packages that show delivered. Any insurance claims filed for orders that show 'DELIVERED' tracking status will be done as a courtesy and we are not liable for the outcome.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
A. Firearms and Ammunition:
All sales of firearms/loaded ammunition are FINAL and returns are NOT ACCEPTED. Once a firearm is transferred to a customer's name, Havoc Weapon Systems will not accept a return or exchange under any circumstance. If a defect is discovered by the customer after shipment and transfer of ownership, the customer must contact the firearm manufacturer directly for replacement or repair. However, firearms that are built/manufactured by Havoc Weapon Systems are guaranteed to function and will be repaired if the received firearm has "out-of-the-box" functionality problems.
B. All Other Purchases:
If the purchased item(s) is defective or damaged upon receipt, or if the customer is not satisfied with a purchased item(s) and wishes to return it for a refund or replacement, the customer may return the item(s) to Havoc Weapon Systems WITHIN 30 DAYS of the date of receipt of delivery of the purchased item.
If a defect in a SCOPE is discovered by the customer, the customer must contact the manufacturer directly for replacement or repair.
C. Cerakote:
All Cerakote items with more than a single color are considered ‘art’ and are only refunded on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for all 'art' based orders.
All single color(No Battleworn/No Gun Candy/No Stenciling) Cerakote items are refundable within 30 days as long as they are uninstalled and undamaged and in the condition in which they left our facility.
All returns MUST be approved by Havoc Weapon Systems before the item is shipped back to us. All return shipments should include a copy of your order summary.
REMINDER: All sales of firearms are FINAL, and returns are NOT ACCEPTED. No exceptions.
All returned items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped by Havoc Weapon Systems and must be returned in original packaging.
The customer will be assessed a re-stocking fee up to 25% of the product sales price if the items are not returned in resalable condition, as determined in the discretion of Havoc Weapon Systems.
If the customer fails to include a copy of the order summary with the returned item(s), or if the customer does not obtain prior approval, Havoc Weapon Systems will NOT process a refund or replacement for the item(s) and the package will be returned to the customer.
